Product returns

You may request a return within 30 days after purchase or delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Because personal-care products come into contact with the body, opened or used cosmetics, soaps, lotions, body butters, scrubs, sprays, and similar hygiene products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are not returnable unless required by law or unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send or deliver a return until we approve it and provide instructions.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Include the order number and, when reasonably requested, photographs that help us evaluate the problem. If we confirm an error, we will offer an appropriate replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund. We will pay reasonable return-shipping costs when the problem is our error.

Return shipping and refunds

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an eligible return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Appointments and services

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and for no-shows, a fee or loss of a deposit applies only when the exact amount was clearly disclosed and accepted during booking. We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee.

Arriving late may shorten the available service so later appointments are not delayed. If there is not enough time to provide the service safely or properly, we may need to reschedule it. Any late-arrival charge or forfeiture will follow the rule disclosed during booking.

If Naturalistic Body Care or Soap & Salt House cancels an appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that appointment.

Services that have already been fully provided are not refundable merely because a preferred or expected result was not experienced. This does not limit rights concerning a service materially different from what was purchased or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
