These Terms of Service apply to naturalisticbodycare.com, Naturalistic Body Care, and its in-store service brand Soap & Salt House. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Naturalistic Body Care. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
By using the website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website, place an order, or complete a booking.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Information you provide for an order, account, or appointment must be current and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Products, availability, and descriptions
We try to describe products, colors, sizes, ingredients, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and lighting can affect how colors appear. Items described as handmade or small-batch may have reasonable variations that do not affect safe use. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or discontinue an item. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.
Review product ingredients, directions, and warnings displayed on the product, packaging, or product page before use. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Website content is general information and is not medical advice.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or fulfill it. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the total price are shown before checkout confirmation. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.
Orders are governed by our Return, Refund, and Appointment Policy and Shipping and Pickup Policy.
Appointments and services
Appointment availability, duration, price, and any applicable deposit or cancellation charge will be shown during booking. Current services may include active salt room halotherapy and facial services. Service availability may change.
Halotherapy and cosmetic facial services are wellness or personal-care services and are not a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or substitute for care from a licensed medical professional. Tell our staff about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, implanted devices, breathing concerns, skin conditions, medications, mobility or accessibility needs, and other information reasonably relevant to providing the selected service safely. We may decline, modify, stop, or reschedule a service when reasonably necessary for safety, staff availability, equipment problems, or circumstances outside our control.
Appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, and service refunds are governed by our Return, Refund, and Appointment Policy and the specific terms clearly displayed and accepted during booking.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping, delivery, tracking, delays, and local pickup are governed by our Shipping and Pickup Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes a customer's rights under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule or other applicable law.
Privacy and appointment information
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Appointment booking may be provided through BookThatApp and Shopify. Information submitted during booking may be processed by those providers to schedule, administer, communicate about, and maintain the appointment.
Only provide health, allergy, sensitivity, or condition information reasonably relevant to the service. This website and our wellness services are not a patient portal or emergency service. Do not use them for urgent medical communications.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful purpose; interfere with its security or operation; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person; collect information about others without authorization; or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to Naturalistic Body Care. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other license is granted without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, BookThatApp, payment providers, carriers, social networks, maps, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our own products, services, statements, and legal obligations, but we do not control an independent third party's website or systems.
Disclaimers and limits permitted by law
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by an interruption or misuse of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including responsibility for our own fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Terms, update the revision date, and provide any notice required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter an order or booking already accepted unless the customer agrees or the law requires it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's place of residence. Any dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using a lawful small-claims process or another nonwaivable remedy.
