Monthly membership and recurring payment

Naturalistic Membership is an in-person membership at Naturalistic Body Care and Soap & Salt House. The membership costs $115 USD per monthly billing cycle, plus any applicable tax disclosed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize the initial payment and automatic monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Your next billing date is shown in your subscription details.

There is no free trial or try-before-you-buy period. The separately identified $1 LIVE TEST subscription is an owner-only billing test, not a customer offer or trial. Its recurring price is $1 USD, as disclosed at checkout, and it must be canceled after testing.

Included benefits

Each successfully paid monthly billing cycle includes:

  • One 60-minute facial of your choice from the eligible facial services.
  • One private 30-minute salt room session. The room is reserved for your time and party. A friend may join you within the same reservation; guest arrangements are confirmed with staff when booking. Other customers cannot book the room at the same time.
  • One eligible full-size body-care product of your choice, including eligible perfume and facial skincare.
  • 15% off additional eligible regular-price products purchased in store or through our website while your paid membership is active. Additional facials and services receive 15% off only when staff authorize that discount for the sale. The discount does not apply to membership fees, gift cards, or items already redeemed as an included monthly benefit.

Benefits belong to the named member and cannot be shared, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Services require an appointment and are subject to availability. Product selection is subject to stock availability.

Each included benefit may be used once per paid billing cycle. Unused benefits expire at the next renewal date and do not carry over. If the membership ends without renewal, remaining benefits expire at the end of the paid cycle. A new set of benefits becomes available only after the next monthly payment is successfully received.

Sales, coupons, and member promotions

The membership's 15% discount cannot be combined with sale or clearance prices, coupon codes, automatic discounts, or other promotional discounts unless Naturalistic Body Care or Soap & Salt House specifically authorizes a promotion that allows members to combine them. Without that authorization, choose the existing offer or the membership discount; they do not stack.

For an approved member promotion, staff confirm the promotion and eligible items at checkout. The permission applies only to that promotion and purchase, subject to its stated exclusions and Shopify's supported discount combinations. It does not enable combining discounts on later purchases. Membership fees and already-free monthly benefits remain excluded from additional promotional savings.

For website member savings, sign in with the email saved on your membership, add eligible regular-price products to your cart, and select Apply member 15% beside checkout. New membership payments may take up to 30 minutes to update. Website services, gift cards, subscription purchases, and sale-priced items are excluded. The website member discount cannot combine with other product, order, or shipping discounts. Any separately authorized promotion must state how to redeem it; staff approval at a register does not make a website discount stack automatically.

In-person collection and appointments

This membership does not include shipped products or recurring home deliveries. Choose and collect your included product in store, and book your included services with staff. Any delivery or fulfillment frequency shown by Shopify for this membership refers to its monthly billing and benefit cycle; it does not promise shipment.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time through Manage or cancel membership. Sign in using the email saved on your membership and the code sent to that inbox. Select your subscription, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. Check that your subscription shows as canceled. Cancel before your next payment is processed to stop that renewal.

If you need help or cannot access your email, contact hello@naturalisticbodycare.com, call (941) 830-3400, or ask staff in person. Provide the name and email associated with your membership; staff will help verify the correct subscription and confirm cancellation.

Cancellation stops future charges; benefits and the 15% discount from a successfully paid cycle remain available until that cycle ends, subject to these terms. Canceling an appointment, clearing a POS cart, or releasing a benefit hold does not cancel recurring membership billing.

Paid monthly membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused benefits or mid-cycle cancellation, except for billing errors, remedies under our Return and refund policy, or requirements under applicable law.

Products, appointments, and refunds

Opening or using an included product does not create a trial or a right to return it for a change of mind. Opened or used body-care products, perfume, facial skincare, cosmetics, soaps, lotions, body butters, scrubs, sprays, and similar personal-care products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or rights required by law.

Eligible unopened-product returns or exchanges and damaged, defective, or incorrect products follow our published Return and refund policy. Included benefits have no separate cash redemption value. Contact staff before bringing back a product so we can confirm the appropriate remedy and record any exchange correctly.

Appointments follow our published Return and refund policy, including the 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling rule. No additional no-show fee or forfeiture is imposed unless its exact terms were clearly disclosed and accepted during booking.
